In addition to the seller fee outlined above, Motoxchange collects a 3% payment processing fee, which is paid out to our payment processor. This fee is calculated based on the sale of the item and applies only to Riding Gear and Bike Parts for sale.

Your earnings equal the listing price + shipping cost, minus the selling fee and payment processing fee. These fees are charged to the seller when the sale has been successfully completed.

There are two ways to cash out your earnings from your Motoxchange balance:

Direct Deposit: Once you’ve added your checking account and have a balance, you can request a cash-out to your bank using direct deposit. Processing typically takes up to 5 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.

Instant Cash Out: The fastest way to get paid. To do this, go to your balance, tap “Instant,” and add a debit card. There is a 2% fee per cash-out. Depending on your bank, processing may take up to 30 minutes.

Advertising & Marketing: We promote your items across our social media platforms to maximize visibility and ensure fast sales of your 2nd hand items.

You may be charged final value fees if you violate our policy of buying and selling outside of Motoxchange, or if you do not meet our seller performance expectations.
